On completion of the let, we will send to you a Landlord's file containing:
- copy of the AST or Non Housing Act agreement signed by the tenants
- copy of the signed Agency Agreement
- copies of tenant references
- Gas Safety Report (if we were instructed)
- Landlord Feedback Form to identify any areas for improvement
